RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want customers to shop at Sneaker Squad 1988 with confidence. Please review the following return conditions before making a purchase.
14-Day Return Request Period
You may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn and unused, with all original tags and accessories, when applicable.
For sneakers sold with an original shoe box, the shoe box and included packaging must also be returned in their original condition.
Proof of Purchase
A valid Sneaker Squad 1988 order number or other proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
Starting a Return
Before sending an item back, please contact Sneaker Squad 1988 through our Contact page and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Returns sent without first requesting authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or materially different from the product description.
Original shipping charges are not refundable except when required by law or when the return results from an error by Sneaker Squad 1988.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Sneaker Squad 1988 cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost before they are received.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without required original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
Items specifically identified as Final Sale on the product page are not eligible for return except when required by applicable law.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive the wrong item or an item that arrives damaged or materially different from the listing, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Because sneaker sizes and inventory can be limited, direct exchanges are not guaranteed. When an exchange is unavailable, the customer may return an eligible item under this policy and place a new order for the desired item if it is available.
