SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Sneaker Squad 1988. We are committed to preparing and shipping orders carefully and providing clear information throughout the delivery process.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on the shipping address and available carrier services.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the shipment has been accepted.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the shipping process.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number so we can review the situation and assist with the next steps.

Shipping Availability

Shipping availability is determined by the options shown at checkout. If an address or destination is not available during checkout, we currently cannot ship the order to that destination.

Order Delays or Cancellations

If we are unable to ship an order within the expected timeframe, we will contact the customer regarding the delay and available options, including cancellation and refund when applicable.
